Effects of hBD3 on TNF-α-induced F-actin rearrangement. HUVECs were incubated with TNF-α (40 ng/mL) with or without hBD3 (15 μg/mL) for 24 h. After that, cells were washed with PBS. F-actin was stained with DyLight 488-phalloidin for 15 min in the dark according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Images were obtained using a confocal microscope (Olympus FV10i) (original magnification: 600x, scale bar 50 μm).
