Test for preserved functionality of labelled rMBL. (a) Unlabelled and labelled rMBL were incubated on mannan-coated plates in calcium- or EDTA-containing buffers. Values measured in calcium buffer were defined as 100%, and subsequent samples were calculated according to these.
