MicroRNA-146a Alleviates Experimental Autoimmune Anterior Uveitis in the Eyes of Lewis Rats

Effect of miR-146a on NF-κB expression in the iris and ciliary body by immunofluorescence. NF-κB expression was not observed in the control group. NF-κB was profoundly expressed in the MAA and MAA + negative mimic groups. Following miR-146a treatment, reduction of NF-κB expression in a dose-dependent manner was noted. The slices counterstained with DAPI were consistent with these results.
