MT-III-induced LDs compartmentalize 15-d-PGJ2 in peritoneal macrophages. Macrophages incubated with RPMI (control) or MT-III (0.4 μM) for 12 h were labeled for LDs (Nile Red) and for 15-d-PGJ2 (anti-15-d-PGJ2 antibody, Enzo Life Sciences).
