The percentages of Th17 cells (a), RORγt mRNA (d), and IL-17 mRNA (g) expression in cultured CD4+ T cells, as well as IL-17 concentrations (h) in cell-free supernatant decreased obviously in a dose-dependent manner after DAPT treatment (all ), and the same characteristics could be seen in the ratio of Th17/Treg (c) and the ratio of RORγt/Foxp3 (f).
