GSPE induced apoptosis of esophageal cancer cell ECA109 apoptosis. ECA 109 cells were treated with GSPE (0–80 μg/mL) for 24 h. Double staining with annexin V-FITC and PI was used to determine apoptosis. Values were mean ± SD of three independent samples.
