GLP-1 Analogue Liraglutide Enhances SP-A Expression in LPS-Induced Acute Lung Injury through the TTF-1 Signaling Pathway

<div>Liraglutide increased the expression of SP-A and TTF-1 in rat ATII cells. ShRNA-TTF-1-transfected and nontransfected ATII cells were pretreated with liraglutide (100 nM) for 4 h and then stimulated with LPS (100 ng/mL) for 4 h.
