Effect of siKRAS and siHRAS on LPS-induced inflammation in human primary trophoblast cells. Human primary trophoblast cells were transfected with 50 nM siKRAS, 50 mM siHRAS, or 50 mM siCONT for 48 h then treated with 1 μg/ml LPS for an additional 24 h ( patients). (a–d) IL-6, IL-8, MCP-1, and GRO-α mRNA expression was analysed by qRT-PCR, and the fold change was calculated relative to LPS-stimulated siCONT-transfected cells. (e–h) The incubation medium was assayed for concentration of IL-6, IL-8, MCP-1, and GRO-α release by ELISA.
