IFN-γ restores defective LAP in p47phox−/− mice. C57BL/6 and p47phox−/− mice () were infected intranasally with A. fumigatus conidia and treated with rapamycin (10 mg/kg/ip for 3 consecutive days) and IFN-γ (20,000 U/mouse/ip for 7 consecutive days) for one week.
