Vγ4+ T Cells: A Novel IL-17-Producing γδ T Subsets during the Early Phase of Chlamydial Airway Infection in Mice

Vγ1+ T and Vγ4+ T cell are two main subsets of γδ T cells during Cm respiratory tract infection. The types of γδ T cell subsets from lung tissues in naïve (a, b) and infected mice (c, d) were defined according to the expression of TCRVγ mRNA in lungs detected by RT-PCR.
