Viability of 4T1 cells cultured in different amounts of RAW 264.7 macrophage-conditioned medium (RAW-CM). Different concentrations of (a) unstimulated and (b) LPS 100 ng/mL-stimulated macrophage-conditioned medium (RAW-CM) at 25, 50, and 75% were used to culture 4T1 cells. Cells were cultured for 24, 48, and 72 h, and cell viability was measured using MTT assays. Data are from at least three independent experiments and presented as mean ± standard error of the mean (SEM). Statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA and least significant difference (LSD) post hoc tests. and versus control (0% RAW-CM).
