The effect of aspirin on migration of 4T1 cells cultured in RAW-CM. Different doses of aspirin were used to treat 4T1 cells, which were cultured for 24 h in (a) 3% FBS/DMEM, (b) 50% unstimulated RAW-CM, and (c) 50% LPS-stimulated RAW-CM for 24 h, and wound-healing assays were performed. (d) Distance was measured by microscope under a microscale and is presented as percentage inhibition relative to the control. Data are shown as mean ± SEM and are from three independent experiments. Statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA and LSD post hoc tests. and versus vehicle control.
