Obstructive sleep apnea monocytes enhance vascular endothelial growth factor secretion. CD14+ monocytes were isolated from HV (open bar, randomly selected), OSA (light gray bar, randomly selected), and CPAP (dark gray bar, randomly selected). Monocytes were cultured for 16 hours at 37°C. The VEGF protein levels in the supernatant were analyzed by CBA; , using the one-way ANOVA test.
