LRP1 expression increased diet-induced liver inflammation in mice. (a) LDLR−/− and LDLR−/−; macLRP1−/− mice were maintained on a Western diet for 2 weeks. Livers were processed and analyzed for abundance of inflammatory cytokines Ccl3, Ccl4, Ccl8, Ccr1, Ccr2, Cxcl9, and Tnf by quantitative RT-PCR ().
