Effect of 5-HT on collagen deposition induced by bleomycin in mice. Intratracheal instillation of bleomycin (BLM) hydrochloride was performed to induce pulmonary fibrosis in wild-type C57BL/6 (WT) and TPH1 knockout (KO) mice.
