CD38 Deficiency Promotes Inflammatory Response through Activating Sirt1/NF-κB-Mediated Inhibition of TLR2 Expression in Macrophages

CD38 deficiency attenuates the expressions of TLR2 mRNA and protein in macrophages. The expressions of TLR2 mRNA (a) and protein (b) were quantitatively analyzed with primary macrophages from WT and CD38−/− mice, and GAPDH was used as an internal control.
