Effects of LOC286367 on inflammatory response in LPS-treated BALB/c mice. (a–c) BALB/c mice were randomly divided into three groups: group 1 received tail vein injection of LV-Mock (), group 2 received tail vein injection of LV-Mock and then LPS (250 μg/kg) injection (), and group 3 received tail vein injection of LV-LOC286367 and then LPS injection (250 μg/kg) (). Two hours after the injection, blood was harvested and ELISA was employed to measure the expression levels of IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-1β in serum.
