IRF-1 modulates the secretion of inflammation cytokines by macrophages. The secretion of cytokines was assayed by ELISA. (a) Macrophages were transfected with pGC-FU-IRF-1, IRF-1 shRNA, and control-shRNA; ACS group was cultured with PBS. Then, the cells were cultured with ox-LDL for 48 h.
