IFN Regulatory Factor 1 Mediates Macrophage Pyroptosis Induced by Oxidized Low-Density Lipoprotein in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

<div>IRF-1 is involved in ox-LDL-induced DNA fragmentation in macrophages. DNA fragmentation was measured by TUNEL staining (green) (100x). (a) Cells were aliquoted into four groups as described above.
