The specific binding of Fn14, TNFR1, or cIAP1 to TRAF2 molecule. These recombinant proteins were analyzed by SPR. TRAF2 protein was immobilized to a sensor chip, followed by running Fn14 (a), TNFR1 (b), TNFR2 (c), or cIAP1 (d) protein at a concentration rage of 0–100 nM.
