Cell count was performed in 3 separate wells of each group. ANOVA was performed to test the difference. The difference was not statistically significant among the groups (). Blank group: P815 cells were cultured in normal condition with no challenge. Control group: P815 cells were incubated with the vehicle. HIR: hirudin; SCH79797: PAR1 inhibitor; SP600125: JNK inhibitor; SB203580: P38 MEPK inhibitor; PD98059: ERK1/2 MAPK inhibitor.
