Systemic Resolvin E1 (RvE1) Treatment Does Not Ameliorate the Severity of Collagen-Induced Arthritis (CIA) in Mice: A Randomized, Prospective, and Controlled Proof of Concept Study

<div>Synovial tissues from RA patients were stimulated with three different concentrations of RvE1 and with medium only (negative control) for 24 hours before supernatant collection. Six proinflammatory cytokines were measured: IL-1<i>β</i> (a), IL-6 (b), IL-8 (c), IL-10 (d), INF-<i>γ</i> (e), and TNF-<i>α</i> (f). One-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s posttest was used to access the differences among the groups.
