Effects of MAPK inhibitors on the LDL(-)-induced IL-1β, IL-6, and TNF-α in macrophages. Cells were preincubated with DMSO, U0126 (10 μM), SB203580 (10 μM), SP600125 (15 μM), or LY294002 (10 μM) for 1 h, then treated with LDL(-) for 24 h.
