Neurons from the rat spinal cord: (a) DAPI immunofluorescent staining (20x), (b) NSE immunofluorescent staining (20x), (c) NSE-GFP-DAPI merge (20x), (d) DAPI immunofluorescent staining (40x), (e) NSE immunofluorescent staining (40x), and (f) NSE-GFP-DAPI merge (40x). Immunofluorescent staining was performed to identify neurons. . Each experiment was repeated three times.
