High-salt diet induced changes in integrin CD11b,c/Mac-1, CD11a/LFA-1, and CD49d/VLA-4 expression on peripheral blood leukocyte subsets in Sprague-Dawley rats. Average integrin expressions on peripheral blood leukocyte subsets for CD11b/Mac-1 (a), CD11a/LFA-1 (b), and CD49d/VLA-4 (c) are shown. Integrin expressions were calculated as mean fluorescence intensity of the gated cell population. Data are presented as and were analyzed by -test; was considered significant.
