A Benzenediamine Analog FC-99 Drives M2 Macrophage Polarization and Alleviates Lipopolysaccharide- (LPS-) Induced Liver Injury

FC-99 facilitated the phenotype shift from M1 to M2 in the liver of septic mice. Mice were pretreated with FC-99 (100 mg/kg, i.p. injection) 2 h prior to LPS challenge (10 mg/kg, i.p. injection). After 24 h, the F4/80, CD86, and CD206 in the liver tissues were detected by immunofluorescence. Scale bar: 50 μm.
