Downregulation of TNF-<i>α</i>/TNF-R1 Signals by AT-Lipoxin A4 May Be a Significant Mechanism of Attenuation in SAP-Associated Lung Injury

<div>AT-Lipoxin A4 downregulation of RIP and TRAF2 expression in TNF-<i>α</i>-stimulated HPMECs and TNF-R2<sup>(-/-)</sup> HPMECs. HPMECs and TNF-R2<sup>(-/-)</sup> HPMECs were pretreated with AT-Lipoxin A4 (50 ng/mL) for 1 h followed by incubation with TNF-<i>α</i> (50 ng/mL) for 6 h. (a) Western blot assay shows expression of RIP and TRAF2 in HPMECs. (b) Western blot assay shows expressions of RIP and TRAF2 in TNF-R2<sup>(-/-)</sup> HPMECs. GAPDH was used as an internal control.
