Downregulation of TNF-<i>α</i>/TNF-R1 Signals by AT-Lipoxin A4 May Be a Significant Mechanism of Attenuation in SAP-Associated Lung Injury

<div>Downregulation of VCAM-1 and E-selectin expression in TNF-<i>α</i>-stimulated HPMECs by AT-Lipoxin A4. HPMECs were pretreated with AT-Lipoxin A4 (5, 25, and 50 ng/mL) for 1 h followed by incubation with TNF-<i>α</i> (50 ng/mL) for 6 h. (a, b) Western blot assay shows expressions of VCAM and E-selectin in HPMECs.
