Downregulation of TNF-<i>α</i>/TNF-R1 Signals by AT-Lipoxin A4 May Be a Significant Mechanism of Attenuation in SAP-Associated Lung Injury

<div>Downregulated levels of proinflammatory cytokines in SAP by AT-Lipoxin A4 administration. (a) Serum IL-6 was increased significantly in the SAP group compared with the sham group. AT-Lipoxin A4 treatment significantly reduced the levels of serum IL-6. (b) Serum TNF-<i>α</i> was increased significantly in the SAP group.
