RT-qPCR gene expression analysis of OGD/R-induced innate immune response of (a, b) iNOS inflammatory enzyme and proinflammatory cytokines (c, d) IL-1β, (e, f) IL-6, and (g, h) TNF-α in murine cardiomyocytes after exposure to 2, 4, and 6 hours OGD followed by 12 and 24 hours reperfusion (18 hours and 30 hours after experimental start, respectively) at 37°C and 33.5°C. Data from at least 3 independent experiments are shown as . Statistical analysis was performed using one-way ANOVA with Tukey posttest; # as compared to 37°C normoxia control group and comparison between the two experimental groups were considered significant.
