The Effects of Targeted Temperature Management on Oxygen-Glucose Deprivation/Reperfusion-Induced Injury and DAMP Release in Murine Primary Cardiomyocytes

<div>RT-qPCR gene expression analysis of OGD/R-induced innate immune response of (a, b) iNOS inflammatory enzyme and proinflammatory cytokines (c, d) IL-1<i>β</i>, (e, f) IL-6, and (g, h) TNF-<i>α</i> in murine cardiomyocytes after exposure to 2, 4, and 6 hours OGD followed by 12 and 24 hours reperfusion (18 hours and 30 hours after experimental start, respectively) at 37°C and 33.5°C.
