Aplysin Retards Pancreatic Necrosis and Inflammatory Responses in NOD Mice by Stabilizing Intestinal Barriers and Regulating Gut Microbial Composition

<div>Expressions of TLR4 and its downstream effectors in pancreatic tissues. Representative blots for TLR4, MyD88, TRAF-6, IL-1<i>β</i>, TRAM, TRIF, IFN-<i>β</i>, NF-<i>κ</i>B p65, and IRF-3 in the pancreas of aplysin-treated or untreated mice were analyzed by Western blotting.
