Inhibition of A<sub>2B</sub> Adenosine Receptor Attenuates Intestinal Injury in a Rat Model of Necrotizing Enterocolitis

<div>Inhibition of A<sub>2B</sub>R by PSB1115 attenuated inflammation in NEC rats. Proinflammatory (IL-6, IFN-<i>γ</i>, and TNF-<i>α</i>) and anti-inflammatory (IL-10) cytokines were measured by ELISA assays.
