CLME inhibits the phosphorylation and degradation of IκB and nuclear translocation of NF-κB in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. RAW 264.7 cells were pretreated with indicated concentrations of CLME for 1 h and followed by LPS stimulation (1 μg/mL) for 30 min.
