Mibefradil decreased total protein concentration in BALF and inhibited Evans blue extravasation in lung tissue. Mibefradil (20 and 40 mg/kg) was administrated 30 min before LPS exposure. Mice were sacrificed 6 h after LPS challenge and bronchoalveolar lavage was processed. (a) The concentration of total protein in BALF was measured.
