The 5/6 nephrectomized mice were subjected to sham surgery or CLP. After 1-hour CLP, the mice were treated with IKK inhibitor VII or vehicle. The plasma levels of creatinine, urea, and ALT were evaluated after 24 hours post-CLP. compared to 5/6 nephrectomized vehicle treated.
