Changes in Peripheral Blood Neutrophils, Lymphocytes and IL-10 in Children with Kawasaki Disease from Different Age Groups Undergoing Intravenous Immunoglobulin: A Retrospective Study

Figure 2

The reduced neutrophil percentages were positively correlated with the increased lymphocyte percentages following treatment with IVIG in all groups. Grouped by age from young to old, the Spearman correlation coefficient () between the reduced neutrophil percentages and the increased lymphocyte percentages following IVIG was 0.90 (), 0.87 (), 0.91 (), 0.97 (), and 0.99 (), respectively. Children were divided into five groups based on age: (a) <1, (b) 1-2, (c) 2-3, (d) 3-4, and (e) ≥4 years. (f) Positive correlation between the coefficients from the changes in neutrophils and lymphocytes and the median ages of children in all groups. , . IVIG: immunoglobulin intravenous.
