Chinese Medicine Huzhen Tongfeng Formula Effectively Attenuates Gouty Arthritis by Inhibiting Arachidonic Acid Metabolism and Inflammatory Mediators

<div>Alterations of the arachidonic acid (AA) pathway in the RAW264.7 cells following HZTF treatment: (a) expression of cPLA2, COX-2, COX-1, FLAP, and 5-LO by Western blot analysis; (b) the cPLA2/<i>β</i>-actin ratio; (c) the COX-2/<i>β</i>-actin ratio; (d) the COX-1/<i>β</i>-actin ratio; (e) FLAP/<i>β</i>-actin ratio; (f) the 5-LO/<i>β</i>-actin ratio.
