High levels of NEAT1 were observed in AEC and mouse models of LPS-induced acute lung injury (ALI). (a) Mice were injected with LPS to construct a sepsis-induced ALI model. To downregulate the expression of NEAT1, mice were infected by LV-sh-NEAT1 or LV-sh-NC prior to LPS treatment. Histological changes in the lung tissues were observed by H&E staining (×200). (b) The levels of NEAT1 then were detected using qRT-PCR. Six mice were used in each group. (c) A549 cells were treated with various doses of LPS for 12 h, and the levels of NEAT1 were then analyzed (). (d) Following exposure to LPS (10 μg/ml) for the indicated times, the levels of NEAT1 in A549 cells were determined (); .
