The supernatant of poly P-treated PRP promoted epithelial cell growth. An SRB assay showed that the supernatant of poly P-treated PRP significantly promoted cell growth (a) according to a two-factor repeated measure ANOVA analysis. Immunocytochemistry of ki-67 showed that the ki67-positive cells were significantly increased by treatment with the supernatant of poly P-treated PRP (b).
