High-Affinity Anti-VISTA Antibody Protects against Sepsis by Inhibition of T Lymphocyte Apoptosis and Suppression of the Inflammatory Response

<div>MH5A antibody suppressed LPS-induced cytokine expression on macrophage <i>in vitro</i>. Pretreatment with MH5A antibody inhibited the expression of TNF-<i>α</i>, IL-6, and IL-10 in peritoneal macrophage stimulated by LPS.
