A Cornflower Extract Containing <i>N</i>-Feruloylserotonin Reduces Inflammation in Human Skin by Neutralizing CCL17 and CCL22 and Inhibiting COX-2 and 5-LOX

<div>COX-2 enzymatic inhibition: endogenous COX-2 enzymatic activity in THP-1 cells differentiated in macrophages (PMA). Macrophages pretreated with CFEM or N-FS (N-feruloylserotonin) for 1 hour. COX-2 induction (LPS) with the test substance for 24 hours.
