<i>Gastrodia elata</i> Blume Polysaccharides Attenuate Vincristine-Evoked Neuropathic Pain through the Inhibition of Neuroinflammation

<div>Effects of <i>G. elata</i> polysaccharide (GBP) administration on the levels of proinflammatory cytokines in Vin-induced neuropathic pain rats. After completion of the pain behavioral tests on day 21, levels of IL-6 (a), IL-8 (b), TNF-<i>α</i> (c), IL-1<i>β</i> (d), and NF-<i>κ</i>B (e) in the sciatic nerve, spinal cord, and dorsal root ganglion (DRG) were measured.
