Shaoyao-Gancao Decoction Promoted Microglia M2 Polarization via the IL-13-Mediated JAK2/STAT6 Pathway to Alleviate Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury

<div>SGD-activated JAK2/STAT6 pathway is involved in IL-13-mediated microglia polarization following CI/RP in rats. The protein expression of JAK2, p-JAK2, STAT6, and p-STAT6 in extracts of the penumbra among the sham, MCAO, and SGD groups was analyzed by western blotting at the 3 indicated time points. (a) Representative bands of JAK2, p-JAK2, STAT6, p-STAT6, and GAPDH are shown. In this section, a statistical process was carried out on the ratios of p-JAK2/JAK2 (b) and p-STAT6/STAT6 (c).
