Shaoyao-Gancao Decoction Promoted Microglia M2 Polarization via the IL-13-Mediated JAK2/STAT6 Pathway to Alleviate Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury

<div>SGD reduced apoptotic cell numbers after CI/RP. We detected Bcl-2 and Bax levels by western blotting and apoptotic cells by immunohistochemistry (×200) of caspase-3 in the penumbra in the sham, MCAO, and SGD groups to assess the benefit of SGD after MCAO.
