(a) BTC patients show significantly elevated serum levels of CCL23 compared to healthy controls and patients with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC). (b) Serum CCL23 levels have a lower AUC value regarding the differentiation between BTC patients and healthy controls compared to CEA and CA19-9.
