HMGB2 Deficiency Mitigates Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm by Suppressing Ang-II-Caused Ferroptosis and Inflammation via NF-κβ Pathway

Erastin eliminated the repressive effect of shHMGB2 against Ang-II-induced ferroptosis in VSMCs. VSMCs were assigned to Ang-II, Ang-II + shHMGB2#3, Ang-II + shHMGB2#3, and Ang-II + shHMGB2#3 + Erastin groups. DHE staining was performed to detect ROS generation (a).
