AREG-induced iNOS and COX-2 expression was mediated by NF-κB and MAPKs signaling pathways in HepG2 cells. HepG2 cells were pre-incubated with PD0325901 (10 μM), SB203580 (10 μM), SP600125 (10 μM), and BAY11-7082 (5 μM) for 2 hr before exposure to AREG (50 ng/mL) for 24 hr (a and b).
