Improved Antitumor Effect of NK Cells Activated by Neutrophils in a Bone Marrow Transplant Model

Evaluation of NK cell neutrophil-induced antitumor effect enhancement by immunopathology. PBS, PB, and G-PB were intraperitoneally injected on day 21 after BMT and subcutaneous injection of A20, and the tumor was removed 2 days later. The removed tumor was immunostained with CD3 and NK1.1 to evaluate the transfer of T cells and NK cells to the tumor (a). The number of NK1.1- and CD3-positive cells per field of view was counted for three locations in the tumor (b). .
