The signal detection flowchart of the designed high precision IFOG, which includes a high pass filter to eliminate the DC component in the interference intensity, demodulation, and a low-pass filter (LPF) to extract the modulated nonlinear closed-loop error precisely; a closed-loop controller is needed to obtain the feedback of IFOG and to generate digital phase ramp.
