It was shown from panel (a) that mutations of amino acid Valine (V) played most important role in prediction of calpain cleavage sites; followed by Leucine (L) and Phenylalanine (P). And it was shown from panel (b) that conservation in site 5, site 8, site 12, and site 13 was more important in determining the calpain cleavage sites.
